4. Cancellation and Returns

How to Cancel an Order?

Orders not shipped within 48 hours can be cancelled immediately. For orders that have been shipped or shipped more than 48 hours ago, please wait until you receive the product and apply for a refund or exchange according to our return policy.

Return and Exchange Policy

You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product for the following reasons: quality issues, damage, significant color difference, product not matching the order, or no other reason.
